McConaughy & Sarkissian, P.C. Is Proud to Help Sponsor the 98.5 KYGO Christmas Crusade for Children
Sponsoring the Christmas Crusade for Children has become a tradition of McConaughy & Sarkissian, P.C. The Christmas Crusade for Children is a partnership between 98.5 KYGO, Auto Nation, and Colorado Law Enforcement designed to enable city and state police and sheriff’s department personnel to bring the joy of Christmas morning to underprivileged children they have encountered through their work. First organized in 1983 by a small group of “Santa Cops,” the Christmas Crusade for Children has touched over 222,000 kids. Shareholder Jessica C. Stieber’s enthusiasm to support the nonprofit influenced the Firm and its employees to get involved. The agency’s purpose is to brighten the spirits of children who would not otherwise receive a gift on Christmas morning, and to present police officers as positive figures in their lives. It is community policing at its best, delivering a message of heartfelt caring and concern for children.
Each year, the Firm and its employees join forces to purchase and deliver carloads of gifts to the Christmas Crusade for Children – gifts that are then delivered personally to the children by law enforcement officers. McConaughy & Sarkissian, P.C. is pleased to sponsor the agency and to help it carry out its mission year after year. Project SafeHouse Fundraiser Is a Great Success!
Attorney Frank H. Ingham had a great time November 13th emceeing the trivia competition to raise funds for Project SafeHouse and domestic violence victims. The event was sponsored in the name of The Green Beret Foundation and put on by the Denver City Attorney’s Office. Teams competed at Jazz at Jacks in downtown Denver for prizes. A great time was had by all as the participants raised both financial assistance for this important charity as well as awareness for what Project SafeHouse does and the victims they care for.
