Ben Wieck focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on construction and real estate law. During his fifteen years as a litigator, Mr. Wieck has worked at multiple large and mid-sized law firms as well as starting his own solo practice in Chicago prior to relocating to the Denver area with his family in the Summer of 2021. In those positions, Mr. Wieck has represented sophisticated clients in a wide range of matters involving class action defense, construction litigation, contract disputes, employment litigation, insurance coverage disputes, internal investigations and white-collar crime.
Mr. Wieck is currently admitted to practice in Illinois and the Northern District of Illinois and is pending admission to the Colorado bar. He received a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Illinois in 2000 and his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois in 2006.
When Mr. Wieck is not practicing law, you can likely find him at a live music event, chasing his young daughters around town or playing mediocre golf.
